RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Medicaid Liaison is responsible for filing MA applications with our residents and families
- You will be working with families to get appropriate documentation for the application process
- Working in coordination with the County Assistance office
- Meeting with families to educate them on the Medicaid process, including financial and clinical components
- Obtaining financial verifications and determine financial eligibility based on State guidelines
- Support the Business Office Manager
- Assist with data entry and support our administrative staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Administrative background with knowledge on Medicaid and Area of Aging
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Programs. Experience with Point Click Care and billing software preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
