Easthill Medical Clinic in Red Deer is looking for an experienced full time Admin and Medical Office Assistant.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of medical admin/office assistant experience
- Experience using a medical EMR; ideally proficient in WOLF
Job Detail:
- General Admin incl. Payroll, Tax submissions, scheduling, managing Petty cash, Variety of administrative duties within the clinic to support our physicians and patients
- Welcome patients to clinic and provide instruction and coordination within the clinic setting
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls, schedule patient appointments, complete patient call-backs, confirm patient appointments
- Data entry/maintain patient charts, payment collection using the EMR
You must have the ability to multi-task and maintain a professional and courteous disposition under pressure. We require that you have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively work in a team environment.
