Job description

Seeking candidates with previous experience in working at a doctor's office as a Certified Medical Assistant to work 4 to 5 days a week, no weekends. Responsibilities include: Giving injections, performing vital signs, doing waived testing- including urine dipsticks, finger sticks, and other office procedures, phlebotomy skills, answering phones with good customer service etiquette, scheduling patients, insurance verification, and checking patients in and out of the doctor's office, flexibility with working as a team player at a new medical practice and helping as needed. Previous doctor's front office experience is a plus.

Required work experience: 2 years

Education required: Associates

Previous experience as a medical assistant at a doctor's office or certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
