**Premiere NEW Medical Spa on the Philadelphia Waterfront**

We are looking for someone who has an aesthetic eye and artistic quality to deliver a luxurious client experience. This person should be dedicated, well-spoken, with great communication skills with an interest in building our client relationships. As part of the Ari Blanc team, we are dedicated to your training and development to support your success in the Med Spa arena.

Pay:

• $17-$25/hr, depending on experience
• No ceiling on compensation
• 5-30% Commission

Preferred Service Knowledge & Experience performing:

• Facials
• Dermaplane
• Microdermabrasion
• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• Skin health analysis, consultation, and skin care recommendations
• Preferred knowledge of Medical Grade Skin Care

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses a wide range of knowledge of medical grade skin care and treatments, Laser and Injectable treatments a plus.
• Ability to provide strong customer service and create a luxe experience for each client
• Strong ability to sell and cross-sell aesthetic, skin care and medical spa products and services
• Must be able to advise and consult on skin and skincare services
• High Level of professionalism
• Ability to work as a team member
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Ability to bring your own clientele preferred
• Treats patients and co-workers with respect
• Empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns
• High level of interpersonal skills

.Qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician
• Certified Laser Technician is a plus, but we will train
• Previous experience in medical spa or plastic surgery office
• Sales experience
