We are committed to quality care and excellent service. Our medical receptionists are cheerful, have excellent communication skills, are very service-oriented and have a genuine desire to learn. We are seeking Medical Receptionists who are passionate about serving patients as well as helping to maintain a clean, safe and efficient workplace. You'll be responsible for answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to doctors and other employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize important work, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide general customer service
• Review insurance forms and verify insurance coverage
• Handle patient records and information
• Communicating with other Physicians and patients
• Answer questions regarding treatment, alternative treatments, and billing
