Mission Producer

Looking for driven individual who is excited about the Escape Room/Puzzle Room industry. We create fully immersive adventures with rich backstories, professional lighting and sound, original music, and special effects. As a premium experience, everyone on our team provides excellent customer service and a fun working environment.

Must meet qualifications listed below and will be expected to perform all duties within the Job Description.

This position is currently open and looking to hire ASAP. Week nights & weekend availability required. Average of 10-21hrs per week, depending upon bookings.

REQUIREMENTS:

 18yrs of age or older

 Lives within 1hr of 4060 Kietzke Lane, Reno NV.

 Available nights and weekends

 Reliable transportation

 Customer service experience

QUALIFICATIONS....

 18yrs of age or older, lives within 1hr of our address, available weekends, reliable transportation, customer service experience.

 Professional yet personable attitude and appearance.

 Organized & quick to learn.

 Has 6mo Escape Room or 1yr customer service experience.

 Prerequisite: Must have experienced an adventure at The Immersium.

JOB DESCRIPTION....

Customer Interaction:

 Greet players as they enter the premises.

 Assist players with completing waivers & processing additional payment if needed.

 Perform briefing in clear, concise, and up-beat manner.

 Lead players into their adventure and provide any hints requested.

 Perform debriefing and facilitate group photos.

 Comply with all training and instruction by Immersium management.

Game Master:

 Experience in or ability to quickly learn web based interfaces and Immersium specific game management software.

 Ability to multi-task within these programs.

 Full attention to current game at all times without distraction.

 Creation or repair of specific puzzles and props.

 Reset of all props, puzzles, & clues after each group in a quick and meticulous manner, as advised in reset checklist.

 Opening and/or closing duties and cleaning, as needed.

 Cleaning facility during down time.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday nights-on call & weekend scheduled shifts.

COVID-19 considerations:
If not vaccinated, masks are required at all times around players/employees. Players must agree at booking that no members have tested positive or are symptomatic. Puzzles and clues are sanitized weekly. Common areas sanitized between groups.
