The Transition Specialist is responsible for assisting new move-ins and potential members with transitioning to the community.They assist the community’s various departments and
serve as a liaison to ensure the new member(s) and their families make a smooth transition into the community.
Must be available: 8a-4:30p & 11a-7:30p (weekends)

Required Experience:
- Requirements:
- High school graduation or GED required.
- Certification or completed course work in office management desired.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar concierge/administrative assistant position desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Team work and customer service skills required.
