1st Choice, Home Health Care and Hospice Inc. is looking for a Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist assistant to join our agency in Half Moon Bay and surrounding areas- VERY COMPETETIVE COMPENSATION. Benefits for Full Time employees.

Job Responsibilities will include:

1. Provide occupational therapy services to patients according to a physician's written plan of care.

2. Initiates occupational therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of occupational therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the occupational therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences.

3. Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refers as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Possesses a degree from a bachelor's or master's program in occupational therapy approved by an accredited organization.

2. Licensed to practice as a occupational therapist within the state, if applicable.

3. 2 years of Home Health experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140.00 - $160.00 per hour
