Position Summary
The position of Office Administrator encompasses administration, project tracking duties, receptionist duties, administrative support, financial reporting, tracking and data input.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
-
Answer phones and greet guests

- Retrieve and distribute mail
-
- Receive, process or distribute cheques and direct deposit information

- General office services support (office equipment, stationary, materials)

- Courier services
-
- Answer and direct general inquiries
-
- Shipping and administration of product samples
-
- Administration of CFIA Designated shipper program
Operational Support-
- Support GM with credit card reconciliation
-
- Support employees with expense reports
-
- Accounts Payable
-
- Monthly inventory
~Work with GM and Operators to resolve any discrepancies or variances
~Month end reconciliation report

- Wellness Program invoice processing and tracking
-
- File keeping, invoice and contracts. Sales and purchase.

- CAPEX procedure support at plant level
-
- Proper Documentation of work orders.
