Responsibilities:Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Position will work from the School District of Philadelphia headquarters.
Responsibilities include:
- Meticulous review of required compliance paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Creation of report with any compliance errors to review with necessary parties for correction.
- Various data entry projects.
- Maintaining audit ready documentation including the scanning and filing of compliance paperwork.
- Inventory reviews
- On-site compliance reviews as needed.
- Other special projects as assigned.
Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.- Must be able to multi-task and be detailed-oriented.
- Google Suite experience required.
- Experience analyzing data and building reports required.
- Experience with ongoing communication with all levels of administration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have superior organizational skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
Evidence of strong customer service experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
- Must be a self-starter and manage workloads to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must have a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and meticulous in document review.
- Must be technology proficient and able to easily navigate Google Suite, including Outlook. Must have extensive experience using Excel/Sheets and Adobe.
