Job Description:

Office Assistant is responsible of helping the Customer Service and Office Manager. Reviews, categorizes, and responds office emails. Gathers Data, maintains and monitors tracking sheets. Conserves managers time by accessing and maintaining online leads as needed. Coordinates tasks in a timely manner. Composes and files routine correspondence. Maintains costumer confidence. Facilitates information flow by serving as a Liasson between manager, clients, costumers, or others. Schedules appointments, conference calls and meetings, maintains a friendly and professional environment.

Pay Range based on Experience $18-$20

Full Time

Required skills:

· High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development Test)

· 2+ years of admin experience

· 2+ years Exceptional Customer Service Experience

· Highly proficient in G-suite, client management programs and Microsoft Office

· Creative Thinking

· Written and Verbal Communication Skills

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Ability to Multitask with Minimum Supervision

· Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely.

· Professional Demeanor and attentive to Detail

· Accurate and Work Completion

· Time Management Skills

· Floral knowledge will be a plus but not mandatory.

· Marketing Skills will be a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
