Responsibilities

• Route calls appropriately
• Oversee office facility
• Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
• Own the accurate submission of data
• Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
• A passionate teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
• Accomplishes tasks independently
• Command of Computer Data Entry
• Strong familiarity with filing
• Adeptness in Distribute Incoming Mail
• Scanning experience
• Direct Phone Calls experience desired
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Receptionist Duties experience
• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
• 2+ years of experience
• Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
• Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
