Details:
- Immediate start date
- 20 hours per week until start of camp season
- At Dana Hall in Wellesley
- 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Return to part-time hours in Mid-September
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with in-office projects
- Will be trained on our online customer service system
- Customer service
- Calls
- Making outbound Welcome calls to new camp families
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Livechat
- Answering questions
- Forwarding messages to supervisors
- Taking messages about campers
- Forms
- Responsible for checking forms for next week.
- Responsible for calling/emailing/texting families without forms throughout the week
- Ensure supervisor knows which families still do not have forms at the end of the week
- Responsible for uploading forms that are emailed or faxed to us.
- Other customer service tasks as assigned/trained on.
