Overview

The Office Manager is responsible for managing company supplies, mail, shipments, etc., as well as greeting guests. This is a fast-paced, quickly changing position and requires an extremely detailed individual who can manage their time appropriately. Join the Conservice team today!

Responsibilities

As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for greeting and assisting guests
  • Track and supply inventory of office supplies
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare and deliver outgoing mail
  • Prepare miscellaneous shipments as needed
  • Manage misc. orders, including placing, sorting, and distributing order
  • Set up, collect, and track office equipment
  • Miscellaneous large projects without much support from others
  • Manage planning and prepping for holiday events with the team
  • Recruiting help
  • Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with new employee orientation remotely and in-office
  • Manage new hire offer letters with payroll
  • Work in the applicant tracking systems to assist with background checks and drug screenings
  • Help with payroll work verification and onboarding paperwork
  • Phone calls with new hires to update them on the onboarding process
  • Assist with onboarding projects and updates to orientation
  • Lead orientation for Rexburg employees
  • Help with IT requests for new hire issues and equipment

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be insured to drive Conservice vehicles
