The Opportunity

RVS invites applications for the on-call, casual positions of Caretaker I for the 2022-2023 school year . Caretaker I, on call casuals, are called to work on an as needed basis, at any of our schools for the Cochrane/Bearspaw/Westbrook Area. You must be available a minimum of 8 instructional days per month, be accessible by telephone and internet, and provide your own transportation. All candidates must be available for an interview.

These positions do not qualify for benefits or sick leave.

We seek candidates who possess the following:
Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks within a team environment

Routine cleaning

Attention to detail related to varied and complex cleaning tasks

Demonstrated pride in workmanship

Experience working in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety, WHMIS and other relevant legislation

Attention to detail related to varied and complex cleaning tasks

Positive references

Pre-employment Requirements

The successful candidate(s) must submit a current Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of your employment

Proof of qualifications/education as required by the position
