Position: Nursing Department Manager, RN Operating Room FT
Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day
Salary: USD $136,900 – $177,100 / yr
Sign-on bonus and/or relocation bonus, amount to be determined at time of offer.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Hawaii RN license American Heart Association BLS Operating Room RN experience (surgery center exp. doesn't meet this requirement) 3 years of Manager or Supervisor level experience (Charge Nurse exp. does not meet this requirement)

What are the nice-to-have skills?
MSN CNOR

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or charge nurse experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of related nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required at hire
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
• Covid Card

Preferred Qualifications:

• O.R. management experience.
• Masters degree in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or related area.
