Job Summary*
Processes clients’ orders in the company’s operating system. Enters, researches, verifies, updates data into system and ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entering new orders based off client’s name, case number, claimant’s name, case type and process type in our system.
• Conduct research in the company’s operating system to verify if able to add to existing orders versus creating new orders in our system.
• Analyze previous orders to identify necessary changes.
• Performs case search if case number is missing on a workers comp order.
• Performs online search for missing case number for worker’s compensation appeals board request.
• Upload documents in the company’s operating system.
• Compile and report productivity numbers.
• Communicate with customer services on order level questions as needed.
• Analyze and identify the correct subpoena wording for specific locations and/or client specific wording.
• Verify providers to be served using a company database.
• Meets or exceeds KPI expectations as directed by management.
• Knows and understand the laws as they relate to serving a request and the copying of records.
• Regular time and attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Type 50+ words per minute.
• Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, customers and other partners.
• Strong computer skills; ability to navigate through Internet, MS Office, company database, and email.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
