Come join our incredible team and help us make beautiful smiles! We are seeking a qualified orthodontic dental assistant for our dynamic, fun orthodontic practice. Must have excellent people skills and a professional demeanor. The position is for both our Franklin and Medfield locations.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer service that is second to none.
• Administer quality orthodontic care to patients.
• Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene and braces home care.
• Be an amazing and dependable teammate for your co-workers. Must have the ability to communicate openly and effectively.
• Sterilize and disinfect all equipment and instruments.
• Document all orthodontic procedures performed in our computer system.
• Compensation: Based on attitude, personality and clinical experience. Pay starts at $20/hour for a licensed dental assistant. Ultimately you will be compensated generously for your talent and skill set.

This position ideally requires a 4-day-per-week commitment of Monday-Thursday (7:45 - 5:15).

We have offices in Medfield and Franklin and all team members travel to both sites. Our practice strives to make each patient’s visit the best part of their day.
