This includes a brief phone interview, an application (with childcare resume and references attached), a basic skills assessment, a virtual interview with agency, background/driving record check, reference checks and social media review. Candidates must be over the age of 21 to apply. This process takes anywhere from 3-10 days.*

Ann Arbor family needs a part time nanny/house manager/mother's helper for their 18 month old son and newborn expected in August. Mom is a stay at home parent and would like an extra set of hands with child rearing and house management duties. They are flexible on days/times for work schedule but it would be about 30 hours per week with work hours generally landing between 7am and 6pm. Family currently lives in Downtown Ann Arbor, but are building a new home in the Barton Hills area nearby.

This family travels several times per year and would love to hire a nanny that is eager and able to join them for their trips.

Pay is $25/hr+ depending on experience and willingness to take on additional house management duties. Guaranteed 30 hours per week, 2 weeks paid vacation plus paid holidays offs and 5 paid sick days. Must have prior nanny, daycare, or other childcare experience and love working with children.

This family has one friendly 10 year old dog.

COVID vaccination+ boosters, MMR/tDap/flus shot, and First Aid/CPR certification is required. The nanny must be comfortable in water and preferable a strong swimmer, as they will have a pool at the new house.
