PARTS COUNTER ASSOCIATE
All American Trailer Connection is looking to hire a full-time Parts Counter Associate.
Job Brief:
At AATC we are looking for a Parts Counter Associate with attention to detail to be responsible for the parts department. The parts counter associate ensures that parts and supplies needed for production are available to service workers. This job requires a highly organized individual.
Responsibilities
- Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Stocking shelves, ordering parts inventory, retrieving parts for technicians, counter sales to customers
- This position is hands-on, and the associate must be fully engaged in operating the parts counter.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Requires ability to comprehend all written materials, such as dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast paced retail environment
Experience:
Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in selling parts

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9-5
- Saturday 9-1 (typically 2-3 Saturdays per month)
Compensation:
- $18-$20 per hour plus bonus

A clean background check with no felonies is a must. The State of Florida will not permit access to the electronic titling system to individuals with felony convictions. All American Trailer Connection is looking to hire a full-time Parts Manager at our brand new Sebring location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
