CDS Management Group, LLC in Waynesville, NC is looking for personal care aides/CNAs to join our 10-person strong team! North Carolina Assisted Living facilities are currently EXEMPT from the vaccine mandate and we at CDS management support this decision. We offer competitive pay and incentives to advance. Hours for this position are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 4:00pm to 12:am and 12:00am to 8:00am. We are located at 203 Mc Cracken St. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, professional self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Provide assistance to residents with their day-to-day personal care needs including Showering, toileting, dressing, meal assistance and other personal care needs. *Responsible for light housekeeping and laundry *Daily documentation of ADLs' to electronic system *Occasional on-call status for night shift

Qualifications

*Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs *High attention to detail *Certifications that may apply
