Personal Care Assistant (Day Shift) Renewed Life Haven-Saegertown

• Consistent schedule rotating every other week
• Enjoy weekends off every other week

• Assist adults with serious mental illness in a 15-bed personal care home.
• Includes Administering medications, managing medical appointments, scheduling and taking people into the community, documentation, cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, helping residents with basic personal care, providing skills teaching for daily living and relationships and independent living.

• Personal Qualities: Must have high levels of compassion, creativity, energy, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Min Education and Experience: High School grad or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years in some type of direct care, caregiving field, 1 years working with people with mental health conditions.
• Must have a valid PA Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 per hour
