Physical Security Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to assist their organization in Beaverton, Oregon.

Physical Security Project Manager Responsibilities
The Physical Security team is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage projects for our Global Access Control System upgrade. This role requires collaboration, engagement, and alignment across all functions throughout the company. Given the complexity of the work, and broad implications that impact all areas of the company’s business, coordinated communication amongst key stakeholders at all levels of the organization is critical.

What You Will Work On
As a Project Manager within the Resilience organization, you will be a key member of a growing and passionate team focused on collaborating across business and security resources to drive forward key systems and projects maturing site capabilities across the company. For the Activation, Execution, and Operations Workstreams you will organize, and drive essential projects and tasks.
In this role, you will lead and manage projects to remove friction and enhance the experience for Global Security Operations teams that leverage our security systems to protect our employees. You will lead and facilitate meetings to drive alignment across teams and achieve measurable results that further organizational priorities. This role will work directly with our Security Integrator and Global Technology team to ensure alignment across all business units.

Duties:
Proactively manage and drive physical security specific projects; define, implement, maintain, and communicate project status.
Responsible for project cost management.
Responsible for project scope, change control and issue management within the team.
Partner with team resources and team leads to proactively manage and drive to resolution complex problems, issues, and change control items.
As needed, assist with level of effort estimating, tracking, and reporting of actuals against forecast.
Define and manage project success/delivery criteria and monitor and reports on the realization of project success against the criteria set.

Responsible for Project Workstreams:
Project Kickoffs and approvals.
Project Planning - Issue & Risk Management.
Stakeholder management/engagement.
Communications and Reporting at all levels.
Transition Manager coordination.
Project Closure and handoff.

Who You Will Work With
In this role, you are a part of the Global Physical Security team – part of the greater Resilience team. Because the nature of the capability site is cross-functional, you will work closely with other organizations and programs such as Technology, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Strategy, Workplace Design + Connectivity, Legal, and Procurement. In addition, you will partner with leaders at other corporate facilities and the company’s Geography Headquarters. You will engage with the Physical Security Team located in Beaverton, OR to ensure consistent processes are in place.

Physical Security Project Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience, IT or Physical Security background preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of access control technology required.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey needs and timelines and manage expectations.
Innovative and critical thinking with ability to shift to managing through challenging and unexpected situations.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and controlling costs.
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.

Compensation: $60-$65/hr. (DOE)
