Devry Smith Frank LLP is seeking an experienced planning and development lawyer to join our collegial team in the Toronto office. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment. This position will be involved in all aspects of municipal and planning law, including land use litigation, expropriation, environmental and constitutional matters including appearances before various courts and administrative tribunals, in particular the OMB.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

· A minimum of 5 years of related legal experience, preferably gained at a municipality or with a firm representing municipalities. Portable or growing practice is preferred.

· Excellent advocacy, interpersonal and communication skills
