Overview:
2nd shift position (candidate would train on 1st shift)

2nd shift position (candidate would train on 1st shift)
$2 shift premium for working 2nd shift
Responsibilities:
- Setup the operation of flexographic printing press (10 color press).
- Ensures all product quality, safety and production standards are met Complete documentation accurately.
- Change and install print cylinders and anilox rolls.
- Change deck parts and ink pumps Set print cylinders into register.
- Check proper tension settings, verify repeat lengths, minimize curling, correct adhesive weights, and roll appearance and colors are correct.
- Use QC tools to test protocols to monitor quality.
- Monitor and complete viscosity control and log Color match each color to customer.
- Maintain cleanliness in work area Any other tasks requested by supervisor.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have mindset to work safely.
- Must be able to work in a moderate to loud environment (PPE provided).
- Position involves bending, twisting, reaching overhead, kneeling.
- Must be able to correctly match colors.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (2 p.m - 10 p.m)
- Good mathematical skills
- Continuous learning will be expected
- Able to work overtime as required
