Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an efficient preventative maintenance schedule for all industrial machinery within our automated facility.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and department managers to ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities.
• Utilize industry best practices and advanced techniques to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance scheduling process.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement in preventative maintenance practices.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze maintenance data and generate meaningful reports to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the preventative maintenance field to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performing maintenance on industrial machinery, preferably within a fast-paced and automated facility.
• Proven track record in preventative maintenance scheduling, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and their maintenance requirements.
• Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or scheduling software to optimize preventative maintenance activities.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
