What you will do

• The PMO Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact and be accountable for the efficient planning and execution for the portfolio of all projects for assigned retail accounts. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project management, product solutioning, scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation. Ensures overall management and control of project timeline, overall project costs, installation quality, and customer expectations/ satisfaction within the account portfolio.
• Prepares and presents to management and/or customers all project updates, overall summary and status of expected results. Provides leadership and management oversight, direction, and guidance to Project Managers assigned to projects. Will also handle vendor/partner relationships throughout the installation.

How you will do it

• Methodology – Understanding and application of Project Management Institute’s (PMI) methodology and key knowledge areas; Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management.
• Communication/Coordination - Responsible for timely and accurate communication and status reporting from inception to project close out to the project team, customer and Sensormatic management.
• Portfolio/Project Management - Responsible for project integration across the account portfolio. Ensures effective and efficient project execution planning including project scope definition, project timeline and resource management, project change requests, and providing technical advice and problem resolution to all aspects of project. Modifies schedules of plans as required.
• Fiscal - Responsible for supervising overall projects expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status updates provided by field service personnel. Maintains full financial accountability to project by providing clear cost estimates for all installation sites. Costs are identified prior to project start to the field service support team, so they can maintain individual site/location budgets. Ensures visibility to the ability to achieve revenue and margin targets relative to forecasted and actual project costs.
• Quality - Maintain full accountability to project quality including verifying site installations through sign offs completed and photos provided by the field service personnel or installing vendor/partners. Quality to include verifying system functionality and workmanship provided by our installing vendor/partners and internal field service personnel.
• Customer Service - Provide responsive, concise, and professional support to all execution-based inquiries from customers and other personnel and ensures timely follow-up on all customer concerns and issues. Manages customer expectations as it relates to the feasibility and response time.

What we look for

• BA/BS degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years work-related experience managing large-scale projects
• PMI PMP preferred
• Self-starter requiring minimal to no mentorship/direction on Project Management
• Ability to lead and advise multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously to drive solutions that meet or surpass customer expectations and deliver project achievements on-time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to apply formal PMI-based project management principles and techniques to direct, educate and motivate employees.
• Fully proficient in administrative and budgetary management functions.
• Sensitivity to the other person’s point of view; to influence behavior or turn a situation around.
• Advanced computer / MS Windows skills, to include software applications such as MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Daptiv.
