The short-term contract / contract / contract / temporary Project Assistant role will be based in Dedham, Massachusetts.Your responsibilities
- Researching information online
- Ensuring key partners receive project information
- Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records
- Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
- Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications
- Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations
- Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
- 2+ years of business/office experience required
- High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- Highly skilled at database and file management
- Bulk Mailings experience desired
- Proficiency in Mailing List
- Command of Mass Mailings
- Direct Mail Campaigns experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
