Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman, LLC, an Intellectual Property law firm, conveniently located in the loop near both CTA and Metra, is looking for individuals to assist with various administrative tasks and projects in support of our Patent Services Group. Projects include, but are not limited to, reviewing paper files and maintaining electronic files.

Requirements
Candidates should be able to follow clearly laid out instructions, have an eye for detail and be able to manage both physical and digital files. Experience with Microsoft Suite, digital file systems, scanning and saving documents, managing and organizing both physical and digital files is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in reading and writing and be well organized. Technical knowledge of engineering or science is not required. This position is full or part-time and is available to college or law school students (we will work around your school schedule). Candidates must be willing to be on-site, authorized to work in the US (US Citizen or Permanent Resident), sign required Confidentiality Agreements and pass a background check to work in this position.
