Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for a Project Engineer who will thrive in our Central Arkansas Division. The Project Engineer should have some basic knowledge of commercial construction, and the desire to advance in this field. You will be expected to work autonomously, and deliver on project phases on time and on a budget! You would report directly to a Project Manager and help to organize and implement a project from start to finish along with coordinating all the materials and equipment of this project. As a core member of the company, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while also not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

To thrive you must:

• Have previous experience in commercial construction coordination
• Have construction industry knowledge
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Be familiar with industry software
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have highly developed organizational and time management abilities
• Respond well to criticism and actively listens to feedback.
• Be willing to continuously learn and expand your knowledge
