Triplebar is entering a growth phase where our technology is generating product offerings that require project managers to play a leadership role in bringing them to market. We're looking for an energetic colleague with project management experience and a self-starting entrepreneurial attitude to join our team.
The Role
You will be the project manager for R&D projects that generate new food products leveraging our technology platform. You will ensure that project team members across diverse skill sets collaborate well on the entire development cycle from gathering requirements through to product launch. A successful candidate for this role will be comfortable managing complicated R&D efforts in a fast-paced small team environment, ensuring that the team performs at its best to deliver exciting new products to the world!
Responsibilities
- Drive forward one or more projects aligned to TripleBar's annual goals, by providing tools, structure, visibility and support from ideation through to commercialization
- Partner with co-located, cross-functional project leads to map goals and activities, create Gantt charts, manage agile processes, and provide transparency to leadership on project status
- Proactively work to keep TripleBar moving at a rapid pace
- Become an expert in the Company's core platforms and offerings and assisting teams in research, development and commercialization projects.
- In support of research, marketing, business development and commercialization team(s), serve as a lead for supporting, capturing, managing, tracking project deliverables, pain points and sharing learnings.
- Support the rolling-up of resource, budget and performance metrics by project and program
- Play an active role in disseminating project related information and internal processes with existing TripleBar tools
- Help develop new tools as necessary to improve Triplebar project management practices

Required Skills and Background
- Proactive, solution-oriented, creative
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an insistence on doing the "impossible" to ensure success
- A desire to take risks, and a willingness to share successes and own mistakes
- BS/MS in business, data/computer science, life sciences, engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years project management experience with co-located, cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Agile planning and processes
- Highly competent with a variety of project management related software tools
Good-to-have Skills and Background
- Able to embody clarity, accountability, and structure with a flare for humor, candor, and creative engagement
- Vision and passion for project/program/process management
- Experience bridging business development, technology, R&D, scale-up, and commercialization within a project team
- Experience working with food products in the synthetic biology/precision fermentation space
The annual base pay range for this position is anticipated to be $110,000 - $140,000 however the base pay offered may vary depending on location, market, job related knowledge, skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes equity and benefits.
