General Function: Provide second line support for clients; resolving technical issues of varying complexity and processing events related to hardware, software and other technologies received via various contact methods. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this position. • Coordinate, plan and organize development and implementation activities for the large scale project.- Perform project management activities including analysis and negotiation of project scope, budget and schedule. • Assist with resource planning for the project. • Identify and track project risks and issues. • Keep business sponsors and management advised of project status.
- Perform business analysis activities including working with customers to help define and analyze business problems, and working with technical staff to ensure that the solution design meets the business requirements. • Must have experience in business analysis and project management of large scale complex projects utilizing Microsoft based technologies. • This position will require someone with a strong Business Analysts skill set in addition to project management skills. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: • High level software troubleshooting • Certifications in A+, MCP, Network+ • 2-year Associate Degree (field related) or equivalent experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Problem resolution skills Physical and Mental Demands The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this class.
