This is the role and the main tasks:

The Program Director is responsible for executive sponsorship, engagement oversight, roadmap definition and consulting, program-level resourcing, assistance with priorities and escalations. Additional focus on overall program planning including scope management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.

More specifically, you will:

• Oversees delivery management services, drives individual engagement of the assigned project team(s)

• Plays a significant role in long-term planning with customer stakeholders, including budget planning, roadmap initiatives, enablement for post go-live/ongoing maintenance

• Provides executive level visibility (e.g. steering committee, governance, etc.)

• Manage executive conversation both internally and externally with regular meetings and presentations as needed

• Coordinate program meetings on a regular cadence with customer and account management

• Works with partner success team to foster positive relationships when engaged on a partner led customer engagement

• Develops high level timeline that drives the initial SOW creation and resource estimation when brought into a new engagement

• Create initial SOWs and estimates prior to PM allocation

• Review CRs and follow up SOWs created by PMs

• Provide training recommendations per customer needs and write training order forms

• Monitors utilization and projected forecast of project teams

• Mentor project managers and other junior resources

We are looking for someone who can focus on the overall goals of a company initiative, making it important for them to have a clear vision based on strategy. A successful Program Director will be able to anticipate program outcomes based on data, so they often have strong analytical skills and are good at performing research. We are also great communicators who can provide guidance to their team and help them solve problems as they arise.

Moreover, you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree and/or have 7 years’ experience in a senior project manager role.

• 5 years’ experience in Master Data Management

• Experience in CPG, Retail, Automotive or Manufacturing industries

• Have excellent problem solving skills

• Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills.
