Title: Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic real estate agent who specializes in buyer representation to join our team. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream homes, negotiating offers, and guiding them through the home buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Work with potential buyers to identify their needs and preferences and help them find homes that meet their criteria
• Schedule and attend property showings with clients
• Schedule consultations with motivated sellers and buyers.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on the home buying process/home selling process, including financing options, home inspections, and other key aspects
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible outcome
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the buying process and beyond
• Utilize our systems and tools to streamline the buying/listing process and provide a seamless experience for clients
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in TN/willingness to get a license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
