HumanHire has partnered with one of the largest specialty healthcare providers in New York to help find a Front Desk Receptionist for their Westhampton office! This provider has 40+ locations throughout New York State & offers competitive pay with real growth guidelines!

We are ideally looking for someone with prior Medical Receptionist OR Front Desk Receptionist experience!

  • Location: Westhampton, NY

  • Pay: $21-22/hour plus benefits and weekly pay!
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM-5PM (Rotating Saturdays: 8AM-12PM (1-2 Saturdays per month required)
  • Environment: Fast-paced & team-oriented workplace!

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting incoming patients
  • Registering new and existing patients into EMR system
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Verifying patient insurance coverage
  • Updating patient demographics

Qualifications:

  • ***MUST BE VACCINATED/BOOSTED IF ELIGBLE***
  • 1-2 years of Receptionist or Customer Service experience
  • Experience with NextGen or prior EMR preferred
