Receptionist

Our Corporate office in Ponchatoula is seeking a Receptionist that will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing correspondence; producing, editing and reformatting documents; answering phones and routing incoming calls; ordering and maintaining office supplies; coordinating meetings materials. You'll also work to keep our office machines such as copiers, printers, postage, etc. working for staff needs. This role will provide support to a diverse team of people with a variety of working styles.

• 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment preferred
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to assist in all areas of the office, team player.

Full time opportunity. Benefits begin after 90 days. 401k begins after 6 months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
