We currently have a short-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the White Plains, New York region. Are you a dedicated professional who can take on more than one assignment at a time? Then this Receptionist position is the role for you.

What you get to do every single day

• Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
• Create a welcoming environment for visitors
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
• Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
• Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
• Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
• Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
• Answering all incoming phone calls
• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Direct Phone Calls
• Inbound Telephone Calls experience
• Spanish Language experience desired
• Customer service experience preferred
• Incoming phone call management skills required
• Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
• High attention to detail
