Residential Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent is responsible of registering and invoicing the customers. Moreover, the incumbent will be responsible of the Management of our different clients program.

Principal tasks:
Provide administrative support to external customers, suppliers and representatives.
Write, revise and format various documents (Word and Excel).
Perform data entry in various software.
Perform general office work (printing and photocopying plans, filing, etc.).
Replace at the reception during the receptionist's holidays (professionally answer the telephone and ensure efficient management)

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self motivated and able to work with tight deadlines
Very organized, heightened attention to detail, and punctual to deadlines
Proficient at writing reports
High school diploma or equivalent required (Degree educated preferred)
Computer proficiency: Very comfortable on the computer using outlook, excel and other Microsoft products and learning new tools on the computer.
Superior customer service skills
Excellent typing skills with minimal error ratio
Bilingual (will be considered as an asset)

Salary: $52,612.68-$74,813.72 per year
