Job description

The Managers play a key role in the operation of our restaurant. They have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including:

- Product preparation and delivery

- Customer relations

- Monitoring restaurant maintenance and repair

- Inventory management

- Team management

- Recruiting and retention of team members

- Financial accountability

Your goal as a manager is to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer, in addition to other duties as required or assigned. A qualified applicant will have a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with exceptional team building capability. Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making skills, basic personal computer literacy and a High School Diploma or GED are also required. 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility is preferred.
