HIRING: Full-Time Store Sales Manager WHAT WE OFFER: Immediate Employment and Training, Tremendous Compensation and Benefits. COMPENSATION: Earn $4,500-5,800 Monthly; $54-70K Annually, Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits TREMENDOUS BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday / Sick / Vacation Pay, 401k (4% match) and other generous benefits for full-time employment. FANTASTIC RETAIL HOURS: 9am - 7pm Monday - Saturday; 10am - 6pm Sundays. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Will Be a Producing Store Sales Manager
- Create A Friendly & Inviting Customer-First Atmosphere
- Achieve Sales Plans, Maintain Operational Controls & Customer Metrics
- Recruit, Interview, And Hire Sales Associates
- Build And Train Sales Associates in All Processes of Sales & Operations
- Understand All Payroll Functions, Cash Receipts, And Commission Reports
- Commission based sales experience- Required 1 year minimum
- 2+ years of experience in retail/sales
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Proven customer service skills required
- Commission Based Sales Experience-Required
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Excellent Sales Management Ability
- Possess Excellent Oral Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Be Personable & Approachable
- Have A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
- Work Solo or in a Team Setting
- Must Be Self-Motivated
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
- Must Be Dependable, Reliable, And Punctual
- Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and down ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers. Physical activity is required for this position
