Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing!
We have experienced an increase in census within the past several months, and we need your help!

We are a home health & hospice agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay to Kenosha and from Waukesha to Lake Michigan. Our home office is located in Germantown, with branch offices in Fond du Lac, Appleton and Waukesha.
Our clients reside in assisted living facilities, their private home, or wherever home may be.
We bring our services to our clients.
To best provide for our clients and case managers, we have created on call teams. Our on call teams work "off" hours 7 days in a row and then have 7 days off!
We have an opening for an RN in our north territory area-from Sheboygan to Green Lake to Green Bay.
- This is a full time position
- You will have some regular scheduled nursing visits
- You will triage after hour calls and respond in person as needed
