What you'll do:
- Assisting FI Sales team with the onboarding and training of customer accounts, including, providing demos and webinars to the various clients;
- Account management of mid to large sized FI accounts, including but not limited to working closely with Finance team to address any customer concerns pertaining to invoicing;
- Responsible for updating Salesforce as it pertains to FI client updates
- Work closely with Finance for confirmation of Pricing margin confirmation on sales opportunities.
- Supporting the FI sales team with presentations, proposals and preparation of quarterly business reports;
- Attending various client meetings and supporting FI Sales team as subject matter expert on various ESC products and service offerings;
- Work with Product Solutions team and IT to help them understand Client Business Requirements and liaison between the client and IT to ensure to ensure key milestones are met.
- Work closely with VP of Business Development and Product solution team to assist with key partnership implementations
- Participate and assist in RFP process by providing administrative support as requested
- Work to identify strategies for automating and streamlining processes and functions within the sales function (Onboarding, pricing, etc)
- Provide feedback to the product, sales, marketing, and executive team to ensure the client voice is present.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience managing products and customer implementations in the financial and lending industries.
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Incumbent will have a broad range of competencies, including: leadership, change management, business consulting, and account management with technical professional services.
- Proven track record in leading change initiatives and optimizing stakeholder satisfaction
- Excellent verbal, written and client communication skills
- Possess strong leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional group, leading it into a unified direction and with common goals
- Ability to apply sound judgement in dealing with complex issues and conflict situations
- Analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Works well in a fast-paced, fluid environment, flex with change and ambiguity
- Expertise in delivering world-class product and customer solutions and customer service
- Experience leading key customer success activities including customer onboarding and engagement, and experience developing strategies to mitigate customer churn
- Knowledge of Provincial Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) for each province (RDPRM for Quebec)
- Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements and Privacy laws in Canada
