We have increased Sales Operations Team to support our expansion and ensure we continue to provide a 5-Star Customer Experience.
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to play a vital role in our success by coordinating and overseeing the procedures, tasks and timing of the key aspects of our sales process.
Sales Coordinator/Administrator Overview
The Sales Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for supporting new sales efforts by ensuring all required processes are followed and paperwork such as contracts and credit applications are completed. The Sales Administrator collaborates with the Sales Team and a variety of functional areas to ensure a smooth customer experience as their project goes through the contract and finance stages and onto to the sold-to-construction feasibility audit and measure phase. This individual oversees the new sale until it's ready to hand off to the Product Ordering Dept.
Sales Coordinator/Administrator Duties
- Review and process all new sales.
- Manage sales process from point of sale to project scope review and product measuring.
- Ensure Lead Safe Work Practices information is sent to homeowner.
- Ensure sales contracts are properly completed and uploaded into our CRM, Improveit! 360 (Salesforce)
- Review and manage all lending options for the Finance Dept.
- Ensure that all credit applications are properly processed.
- Review all sales where pending project scope review and measure are over five days old.
- Manage daily deposits and funding reports.
- Update CRM system with post sales issues, comments, and resolutions.
- Ensure all jobs that have been installed are properly processed, completed, and prepared for the Accounting Department.
- Assist Sales Manager or Sales Rep in resolving all post-sales issues that may cause delays.
- Maintain KPI metrics for sales and administration.
- Manage a variety of metrics and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales Coordinator/Administrator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy
- Sales mindset
- Highly organized
- Process oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to problem solve and collaborate with others to reach resolutions
- Attention to detail
- Accurately type 40+ words per minute
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Online Systems/CRMs (i.e., Salesforce.com)
