What You’ll Do:
- Configuring SAP EWM and working with SAP developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Testing and troubleshooting SAP EWM to ensure alignment with documented business processes and requirements.
- Active involvement in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
- Providing support for production SAP solutions.
- The Business Analyst Senior-Level may provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
- This individual will have experience and an intimate understanding of Department of Defense logistics solutions and Federal Item Master Data.
- The Business Analyst uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution.
- The Business Analyst may implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
- Determines and documents user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects.
- Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.
- Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
- Senior-Level is competent in subject matter and concepts and may lead individuals assisting in the work.
Who We are Looking For:
The Senior EWM Business Analyst/SME is responsible for configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions on client EWM functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required (must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance)
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Must have at least 7 years combined experience leading business requirements for SAP solutions in Sap Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), plus one of the following:
- SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) or SAP Business Suite 4 SAP High-Performance Analytic Appliance (HANA)
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or other workflow tool to manage SAP master data
- Must have experience re-engineering business processes to align with SAP capabilities.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience leading functional resources in delivering SAP solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high complexity problem solving and provide demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
- Foster speed to value by scoping minimally viable products.
- Active DOD Secret Clearance

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,357 - $168,202.
