SCADA Network Leader / Manager (hands on)
Location : Westchester. NY - ON SITE - 8-10 days a month
Salary : 150-190K + 10% Bonus
Overview :
Reporting directly to the VP of Information Technology, is responsible for the operations and management of the IT infrastructure, and execution of cyber security programs.
This is a hands-on technical leadership position that provides working knowledge and thought leadership in a wide range of technologies to support business priorities. The ideal candidate should have the ability to research, recommend and make decisions related to the management and support of the infrastructure environments. Responsibilities:
Requires a BS or BA degree in Computer Science or Information Management, or equivalent experience. A master's degree and eight to ten years of management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, management of the service desk and data center operations, telecommunications, network, storage, and disaster recovery functions.
- Design, development, implementation, and monitoring of solutions and processes to ensure a robust, stable, and secured technical environment.
- Provide oversight for consultants and engages in the professional development of staff and hiring, while maintaining effective relationships with staff, colleagues, business users and vendors built on transparency, inclusion, and trust.
Requires a BS or BA degree in Computer Science or Information Management, or equivalent experience. A master's degree and eight to ten years of management experience is desirable.
Skills:
- Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel to various Company locations and other external venues for business meetings as required
- Must be able to work off-hours and be on-call when the need arises
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture and networking, telecommunication, Cloud and data center operations processes
- Good understanding of cyber security hygiene, detection and monitoring tools and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of networks, SAN storage technology, recovery technologies, O365 Tenant and Azure, VPN, and telecommunications
- Advanced understanding of CISCO and/or Fortinet technology or comparable next-generation firewall technology
- An understanding of the NERC CIP framework and experience with facilitating audit exercises such as tabletop drills, NERC, and SOX audits
- Experience with IT/OT ecosystem and SCADA preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to analyze/troubleshoot various situations
- Excellent understanding of emerging computer & cloud technologies, cyber security threats and remediation strategies
- Ability to work with multiple technology service providers and experience in managing IT infrastructure budget
- Experience leading personnel, mentoring IT associates, managing workflow and promoting teamwork
- 8-10 years' experience minimum in a leadership role

- The annual salary range for this position is $139,000-$209,000.
