Scheduling Coordinator
Job description
We are a busy, high tech dental practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients. We are looking for a friendly and upbeat front desk scheduling coordinator who can providing exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our practice.
Compensation:$20 per hour potential
Responsibilities:- Greets patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor
- Confirm patient appointments
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility
- Schedules appointments to optimize schedules
- Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
- Coordinate treatment plans
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work well with others
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred

Wednesday 7:30 am - 7:00 pm
