Job Description:- 5+ Years of supporting teams in the development and implementation of enterprise level middle-ware products
- Expert level knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (e.g. backlog prioritization, sprint planning, Kanban management, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives)
- Working collaboratively with technical managers, delivery leads, and other stakeholders to deliver business capabilities through well-executed sprints.
- Managing and updating teams performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, cycle time, lead time)
- Use project management tools to monitor the progress of team delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues.
- Removes impediments to teams progress and helps manage risks.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence or experience with similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment
