Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Job description
J.B. Myers Enterprises, Inc., a portable toilet rental and septic cleaning company, is seeking to hire a secretary in their Blairsville office. The candidate will need to have a pleasant personality to answer a multi-line phone system, greet customers, and interact daily with personnel. Candidates must be proficient in data entry, and be willing to learn industry specific computer software. The candidate will need to be able to multi-task, follow instructions, be self-motivated to learn different responsibilities, must be reliable and have a great attitude. Some responsibilities would include but not limited to: taking customer orders, preparing customer contracts, scheduling services and deliveries, process daily paperwork, typing, filing, weekly and monthly customer billing, accounts receivable, microsoft word, use basic office equipment, etc. Part-time flexible work schedule, office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
