RBG Security is currently recruiting for a part time concierge positions at multiple high profile residential properties in the Hamilton area. The probationary starting rate is up to $17.50 hour. Night shift for Tuesday & Wednesday. Pay rates are applicable for candidates after successfully passing probation dependent on site, individual performance, and any additional skills.

Minimum requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• Must be available to work Overnights
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of security guard, concierge and customer service experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative and success through past assignments and duties.
• Ability to achieve excellent customer service for the clients, tenants and guests.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of computer application skills.
• Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses a high level of integrity and credibility.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
• Willing to conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds.
• Conflict Resolution and Diffusion skills.
• Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Front desk customer service and administrative tasks.

· Continuously build a professional reputation.

· Effective communication and conflict resolution.

· Ensuring property rules and regulations are followed and maintained.

· Provide support to Property Management and all residents and visitors as required.

· Professional attitude towards any required training, handling emergency situations and effective communications.

· Assists residents and visitors in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, as necessary.

· Provide services requested by the residents, such as planning and booking condominium amenities, elevators, and parking permits.

· Ability to monitor the Fire Panel, Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Access Control Systems and Alarms.

· Read, respond and manage all security email inbox through provided software.

· Enforce client’s rules, provincial laws and regulations.

· Perform assigned property patrols and ensure that fire extinguishers and fire hoses are accessible.

· Follow up with daily documentation in your memo book notes and incident reports as required.

· Use of provided software program for communication with residents, board members, and the security team.
