Job Title: Security Guard - Unarmed (Stationary/Afternoon)

Compensation: $20 per hour

Hours: 4pm-7pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Stationary

Citadel Private Security Corp is currently seeking a highly trained and motivated Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by enforcing rules and regulations, monitoring for suspicious activity, and responding to security breaches. This is a full-time position located at a store.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to remain stationary, greet customers and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of clients, property, and visitors.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order.
• Complete incident reports and other documentation as required.
• Provide assistance to clients and visitors as needed.
• Ensure that all security equipment is in proper working order.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

-Prior experience as an unarmed security guard.

- Preferred qualifications include current licensure in one of the following, Baton Permit, CPR, First Aid, etc.

-Ability to remain calm and composed in situations requiring de-escalation.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Reliable transportation

-Flexibility to work part time

-Willingness to undergo a background check and pass a drug test
